Shipping Policy

At Print Page, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

 

 

1.1 Processing Time

 

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

- We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the Product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products at our sole discretion and process the return of such Product to us. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds subsequent to such cancellation.

 

 

1.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

 

- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

- Express Shipping: Our product category is not eligible for express shipping.

- COD: Cash on delivery is available.

 

 

1.3 Order Tracking

 

- You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

 

1.4 Shipping Restrictions

 

- We deliver to all locations within India. However, there may be some remote areas where delivery might take a bit longer.

 

 

2. Return Policy

- Purchased products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

- Replacement order can be placed within 10 days from the date of delivery if the product delivered is found to be faulty or damaged.

 

 

 

2.1 Return Eligibility

 

- Return or exchange is eligible only if the products are delivered to you in a physically damaged condition, any print quality issues, has missing parts or accessories or a wrong order has been delivered.

- Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be in their original condition with all labelling and packaging intact.

- We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 10-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.

 

 

2.2 Return Process

 

- In case of damage, to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Email: support@printpage.co.in or WhatsApp: 87792 33822 with your order number and reason for the return.

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and arrange for the pick up from the same address mentioned in the shipping details.

- It is imperative that your return passes the QC to become eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

 

2.3 Refunds

 

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

 

 

2.4 Exchanges

 

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@printpage.co.in
